Marco Manray documents the developments of Second Life since the beginning of 2005. He realizes wide reportage about the main events, the peoples, arts, and everyday life in Second Life, witness of the birth of the metaverse.
We are constructing a new world, we know every thing about how it works bud we don’t know what the result will be. That’s the reason why I take photographs in the Metaverse, to undestand how this all started.

Marco Cadioli est notre envoyé spécial sur Second Life.
Webphotographe, il a visité les locaux du PS et du FN (voir page suivante) cette semaine et nous a envoyé ces clichés qui ne sont pas des captures d’écrans mais des véritables photos extraites d’un monde virtuel. Comme un photographe de la réalité, il peut cadrer, utiliser un grand angle ou un téléobjectif, selon les situations face auxquelles il se présente. «J’assiste à l’événement, je parle avec les gens que je rencontre. Pour moi, c’est de la réalité. Je ne fais aucun trucage a posteriori. Je nomme cela la Netphotographie.»
