Open Image dataset V5 is a database that contains millions of images annotated with
descriptive labels, on which Artificial Intelligences are trained for the recognition of objects. It does not contain images directly, but points to content uploaded to the Flickr platform and belonging to users. When users, for some reason, remove the original images from Flickr, only the boxes identified around the elements of the image remain in the database and we are returned with the writing “this image is no longer available in Flickr”.
An abstract, verbal description remains, an autonomous intervention that refers to practices of conceptual art that replaces the image with its description.
It remains for us to complete what we do not see.

I have collected many of these images.
missing elements that have become the basic materials for this series.
